Return policy:
- Please notify us of your intention to return the product within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Items purchased as "outlet products" are sold based on the characteristics identified in the product description, such as minor mold variations or unique textures. Please note that these are not grounds for return.

Refund process:
- If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.
・After receiving the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund once we confirm that it meets the refund conditions.
- In principle, refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take approximately 2-3 weeks after we receive your returned product.

Exceptions:
・If the return is due to our responsibility, such as a product defect or incorrect delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For returns for reasons other than those listed above, the customer may be required to pay return shipping costs.
